About
Adam Diament, J.D., Ph.D., has been a practicing intellectual property for over 15 years. He has secured numerous patents for inventors in a variety of technological areas, including: mechanical, optical, consumer goods, firearms, toys, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, fashion, education, biomedical, electrical, kitchen appliances, safety devices, exercise equipment, and more. He also registers trademarks and copyrights to protect his clients' brand names and other creative ideas.
In addition to practicing law, he is an avid swing dancer and taught Lindy Hop for six years. His two books, "What Would Jesus Patent?" and "Kosher Patents," combine his interests in law and the study of religion. Adam is the host of the "Patenting for Inventors Podcast," a legal podcast covering the patent application process and other intellectual property topics. His main hobby is genealogical research, where he has compiled a family tree of over 25,000 family members. Adam is also a science judge and moderator at the National Science Bowl, an annual high school science competition, where he has volunteered for the past 20 years.
